The Houston Art Car Museum is currently listed as closed, but it is available by appointment only. They were gracious in allowing HoustonPhotowalks to visit, but we are limited to a 20-person group. This is going to be a lot of fun, if you've ever been to an Art Car parade, you know what I mean.
