Photowalk: Seismique Art Installation
June 14 @ 12:15 pm - 2:15 pm

Seismique Art Installation
Beat the heat with a fun indoor art installation! We have permission to photograph inside Seismique, an art installation that took over an old Bed, Bath and Beyond store on Hwy6. It’s located just south of Katy Fwy/i-10. This is a one-of-a-kind interactive art installation with lots of creative photography and portrait opportunities
We are planning this one for Wednesday June 14th so we can avoid the weekend crowd. They open at Noon and we do have the event scheduled for 2 hours, With your admission you can stay as long as you like.
Here are some details from their website: “Seismique is a mind-bending, interactive experience filled with immersive exhibits and stunning displays designed to both entertain and inspire our guests. Visitors will explore over 40,000 square feet of the most creative, inventive, and enjoyable art ever collected in one location.” https://seismique.com/
Entry fee is $25.00 and worth it. And it’s a really fun place to take unique photos out of the hot sun.
They have some reasonable rules: no backpacks or camera bags. No flash photography. No tripods or monopods. No high-heels (to prevent damage to walk-on artwork), so flats only. This goes for both men and women. No strollers.
No food/drinks, but they have a snack bar.
As usual, we will collect money in advance so you won’t have to wait in a long line of photowalkers to pay one-at-a-time. Be sure and check FAQ and refund policy if you have any questions.
