Moody Mansion has been a 100% photography free zone for many years, although they have relaxed some phone photography restrictions. However, HoustonPhotowalks has arranged an exclusive photography tour for our group. The tour will include access to the two floors that are normally closed to the general public!

Photowalk Details

We will be arriving 2 hours before opening hours so we have the ability to photograph this historic building’s interior. Our tour ends at 10am (when the building opens).

Please join us for breakfast 1 hour earlier at Henry’s Mexican Restaurant so we all arrive to Moody Mansion on time. We will not be able to exit the mansion to retrieve anyone that arrives late. If you’re not there on time, we’ll have to meet you at the next event.

This is an extremely rare event, HoustonPhotowalks is very lucky to get this opportunity!

SPECIAL NOTE

Moody Mansion asks if we would be kind enough to mention their name when posting images online. They would like our help encouraging people to visit when we post our images of their beautiful location.

The arrangement we were able to secure with Moody Mansion is a group walking tour, not “self-guided tour” for this visit. So we will stick together along the photowalk.

Since this event is so limited (only 10 people), it will be photographers only. No +1’s for this event please.
