Capture One Pro has been used by a number of professional photographers – especially in the fashion industry – and has been gaining popularity as an alternate image editor with other photographers.

This class is designed to give a basic overview and observations, what its strengths and weaknesses are, and who might benefit from adding Capture One Pro to their editing tools.

We’ll cover the basics of the interface, editing and some of the features that distingush Capture One from other editing programs.

NOTE: When you sign up and pay, the Zoom link will be available to you.

I’ve been shooting since the days of film – even developing and printing my own (both B&W and using Cibachrome). When Nikon introduced he D100 in 2002, I switched from film to digital, bought Photoshop 6, joined NAPP (now known as KelbyOne) and tried to figure out what I’m good at photographing (still trying to figure THAT out). I work for Houston Methodist in their risk management department.

Being a part of Houston Photowalks has definitely helped me to improve both my photography and editing techniques.

I’m also pretty much of a computer nerd.
